FAILURE TO FOLLOW THESE WARNINGS AND THE INSTRUCTIONS COULD RESULT IN SERIOUS
Always provide the supervision necessary for the continued safety of your child, NEVER leave child unattended.
INFANTS CAN SUFFOCATE:
- NEVER use this playard for sleeping or napping. This product is designed for playtime only.
- Infants can suffocate on soft bedding, in gaps between mattresses too small or too thick and product sides or
bottom of playard.
- NEVER add a mattress, pillow, comforter or padding to this playard.
- NEVER use plastic shipping bags or other plastic films in or near the playard.
AVOID STRANGULATION:
- DO NOT suspend string or toys over the playard.
- DO NOT place playard in any location where there are cords such as window blinds cords, drapes, phone cords, etc.
- DO NOT place items with a string around your child's neck such as a hood strings or a pacifier cords.
Child can become entrapped and die when improvised netting or covers are placed on top of product.
NEVER add such items to confine child in product.
To reduce the risk of SIDS, pediatricians recommend infants should not be placed on their sides or tummies in this
type of product unless otherwise advised by your physician.
Adult assembly required. Take care when unpacking and assembling; contains small parts and sharp edges.
To prevent a possible choking hazard, remove and discard packing material before using this product.
The playard must be fully assembled, erected, including all rails and locked out, prior to use.
DO NOT use accessories that are not supplied or intended for use by the manufacturer.
Discontinue use of the playard when the child is able to climb out, reaches the height of 35 in. (89cm) or is over
the age of 24 months.
When child is able to pull up to a standing position, remove large toys and other objects that could serve as steps
for climbing out.
DO NOT use with more than one child at a time.
NEVER use this product if there are any missing or damaged parts, including but not limited to, loose or missing
fasteners, loose joints or torn mesh/fabric. Check before assembly and periodically during use. Contact Evenflo's

substitute parts.
When product is used outdoors, ensure your child wears protective clothing and sunscreen.
