DRINKING WATER FAUCET
Install the faucet on a flat surface to assure solid
installation and adequate sealing between the faucet and
the counter top.
Use the appropriate tools and procedures to make the
hole in the counter top. If necessary, call upon a professional
for assistance.
Make sure the faucet does not hinder the correct
functioning of any other 'device' above the counter top (f.e.
kitchen faucet, side hung window,...).
Make sure there is sufficient clearance under the counter
top, to allow for easy installation of the faucet.

PREPARING THE DRINKING WATER FAUCET
1. Install the washer and mounting nut on the threaded
stem of the drinking water faucet and turn the mounting
nut halfway the threaded stem.
2. On the end of a white polytube ¼", slide the compression
hex nut and compression washer over the polytube.
3. Insert the reinforcement insert in the end of the polytube.
4. Insert the polytube in the threaded stem of the faucet;
make sure to push the polytube in all the way.
5. Slide the compression washer and compression hex nut
against the threaded stem and screw the compression
hex nut onto the threaded stem; tighten the compression
hex nut firmly; gently pull on the polytube to verify it is
secured.
6. Push the red polytube ¼" over the small barb fitting of the
air gap on the faucet; do NOT use the end with the label!
7. Push the white polytube ⅜" over the large barb fitting of
the air gap on the faucet.
INSTALLING THE DRINKING WATER FAUCET
1. Select an appropriate location on the counter top for the
installation of the faucet.
2. Drill a hole with diameter 30 mm / 1 ⅛" in the counter
top.
3. Make sure the seal between the faucet and the counter
top is properly positioned in the base of the faucet; first
insert the polytubes and then the threaded stem of the
faucet through the hole in the counter top.
4. From underneath the counter top, slide the slotted
washer over the threaded stem, between the bottom side
of the counter top and the washer and mounting nut.
5. Tighten the mounting nut firmly.

POLYTUBE CONNECTIONS
When shortening the polytubes to the appropriate
lengths, make sure to leave enough slack in the polytubes to
allow removal of the appliance from under the sink with the
polytubes still connected.
When cutting the polytube, make sure to cut it squarely,
using a utility knife or other sharp instrument; always
inspect the end of the polytube to make sure there are no
imperfections; remove any flash or cut again if necessary.
When bending the polytube, make sure not to over bend,
as this may result in pinching off and/or leaking connections.
Try to keep the polytube between the filter manifold and
the storage tank as short as practically possible, to minimize
pressure loss.

COLD WATER SUPPLY TO FILTER MANIFOLD
1. Remove the compression hex nut from the outlet of the
integrated stop valve on the water supply T-adaptor; slide
it over the end of a white polytube ¼".
2. Push the end of the polytube over the hose barb on the
outlet of the stop valve; make sure to push the polytube
to the end of the hose barb.
3. Slide the compression hex nut against the threaded outlet
of the stop valve and screw the compression hex nut onto
the thread; tighten the compression hex nut firmly; gently
pull on the polytube to verify it is secured.
4. Insert the other end of the polytube in the push-fit
connection marked 'INLET', at the left side of the filter
manifold; make sure to push the polytube in all the way;
gently pull on the polytube to verify it is secured.
FILTER MANIFOLD TO DRINKING WATER FAUCET
1. Insert the other end of the white polytube ¼", coming
from the threaded stem of the drinking water faucet (
in the push-fit connection marked 'F', at the right side of
the filter manifold; make sure to push it in all the way;
gently pull on the polytube to verify it is secured.
FILTER MANIFOLD TO STORAGE TANK
1. Insert the end of a white polytube ¼" in the push-fit
connection marked 'T', at the right side of the filter
manifold; make sure to push it in all the way; gently pull
on the polytube to verify it is secured.
2. Insert the other end of the polytube in the push-fit
connection of the plastic stop valve on the storage tank;
make sure to push it in all the way; gently pull on the
polytube to verify it is secured.
