Possible cause
The scanner lens is
dirty.

too high.

has been reset.
Solution
- Clean the scanner
lens with the cleaning
cloth.
- Recalibrate the
appliance.
To cancel, press the
/SCAN
button
and try to scan the
document again at a
slower speed.
Recalibrate the
appliance.
