Setup/initial operation
Installing the add-on parts
Insert the mixing shaft into the transport/dosing shaft. Do
not grease the end of the mixing shaft!
Install the mixing pipe and fit the cover using the eye
bolts and the flanged nuts
Connect the water supply to the mixing pipe
Install and secure the protective grid with the bag opener
CAUTION: Make sure the unit is disconnected from the
mains when installing the add-on parts.
Water connection
Use a 3/4" water hose as the supply line.
A water back pressure of at least 3.5 bar is recommen-
ded.
Mains connection
The flow mixer must be connected to an approved site
power distributor with residual current circuit breaker or
to a house mains connection with a residual current cir-
cuit breaker.
A 16 A fuse is required. Use a connecting cable of 3 x 2.5
mm².
In order to prevent voltage loss and the risk of damage as
a result, using a connecting cable no longer than 50 m is
recommended.
Cleaning the flow mixer
Empty the machine's storage hopper when you finish
work.
Use the red Off button to switch the machine off and iso-
late it from the mains.
Disconnect the water connection.
Remove and clean the mixing pipe and the mixing shaft.
Frost-proofing
Opening the dosing valve and the shut-off valve drains
the water from the fittings.
Translation of the original instruction
Safety instructions
No more than one sack of material must be placed on the
machine's safety guard.
Only remove the safety guard and mixing pipe after dis-
connecting the machine from the mains.
Run all hoses and cables so as to rule out stumbling haza-
rds to the extent possible.
Place the machine on a flat and firm surface.
The machine does not have a suspension device for crane
transport!
Commissioning
Connect the supply line
Connect the water supply
Tip some material into the storage tank
Use the green On button to switch the flow mixer on
Use the dosing valve to regulate the material consistency
as required
Avoid operating breaks of more than 30 minutes
Clean the storage hopper and the dosing unit (dry if pos-
sible).
Assemble the machine again.
Keep the shaft connections clean, dry and free from grea-
se.
