Briefly press the corresponding button to go to
the next or previous title.
Button EQ / REPT or buttons EQ and REP (16)
Briefly press the button EQ / REPT on the unit or
the button EQ on the remote controller to change
between different equalizer settings. After you
press the button, the setting selected is briefly
shown on the display:
NORMAL JAZZ ROCK POP CLASS .
To change the replay mode, keep the button
EQ / REPT on the unit pressed for approx. 2 sec-
onds or briefly press the button REP on the
remote controller. Four replay modes are avail-
able:
OFF
replay of all titles according to their
number, stop after the last title
SINGLE
continuous repeat of the current title
RANDOM continuous replay of certain titles in a
random order
ALL
continuous repeat of all titles
Each time you press the button the next mode is
selected and briefly displayed. In addition, the
four different modes are indicated on the display
by the corresponding symbol (c).
Numerical keys 0 to 9 (22)
To select a title, enter its number via the numeri-
cal keys. For multi-digit numbers, press the cor-
responding keys quickly one after the other; e. g.
for title number 128, press the keys 1, 2 and 8 in
succession. The display briefly shows the title
number before the title starts.
Buttons VOL- and VOL+ (23)
To reduce the volume, press the button VOL-; to
increase the volume, press the button VOL+. The
display briefly shows the value adjusted (adjust-
ing range: VOL00 to VOL25).
6.1.1 Replacing the battery of the
remote controller
If the remote controller fails to operate or if its range
decreases, replace the battery: Push the latch of
the battery support to the right (arrow 1 in the figure
below) to remove the support (arrow 2). Insert a 3 V
button cell of the type CR 2025 into the support,
