Cooking table

The cooking time and temperature depend on the type of food being prepared, its
thickness and its temperature as well as your own taste.
Note: Consuming raw or undercooked meats or poultry may increase your risk of
foodborne illness.

*Tip: Use a meat thermometer to determine the internal temperature of meat.
Be careful thermometer probe does not touch the inner metal spit as this would
cause an inaccurate reading.
