TROUBLE SHOOTING

Problem
The unit runs but no suction The compressed air is not
or poor suction.
The unit runs but no suction. Hose not connected.
The unit runs but poor
suction.
Machine blows dust.
Abnormal sound from
machine.
Fault
connected or poor net
pressure.
Hose plugged.
No plastic sack on the
cyclone.
Hole in the hose.
Plugged filter.
Hose too long or too small.
Hose is kinked.
Machine top is mounted
incorrectly.
Dust is packed in the
cyclone.
Filter is perforated or has
come loose.

Solution
Check the pressure of the
compressed air at the
machine when running.
The pressure should be
at least 6 bar.
Connect the hose.
Find and remove block.
Mount the correct sack.
Change or repair hose.
Clean or change filter.
Change the hose.
Check and free.
Adjust the mounting.
Take off the top and clean
out.
Check the filters and change
if necessary.
