Select user profile and settings (U0 ‐ U4)
Once the computer is turned on, you can select a user profile.
• Select a profile (U0 ‐ U4) with the + and ‐ keys and press the ENTER key.
Note: you cannot store settings under user profile U0. This can only be done under profiles U1 ‐ U4.
• Set the values gender, age, height and weight with the + and ‐ keys and press ENTER to continue.
• Choose a program using the + and ‐ keys. Confirm with ENTER.
• Press START / STOP to begin training.
Programs
MANUAL – manually adjustable program
• Press the + or ‐ buttons to select MANUAL program. Confirm with ENTER.
• You can now select from the 24 resistance levels using the + and ‐ keys. Confirm with ENTER.
• You can set the values for time, distance or calories and pulse using the + and ‐ keys. Confirm with
ENTER.
• Note: it is not possible to set the values time, distance and calories at the same time. You need to
choose one of these three values only.
• Press START / STOP to begin training.
• During training press START / STOP to pause the exercise or terminate.
PRESET – preset programs
You can choose from 12 preset programs.
• Press the + or ‐ buttons to select PRESET program. Confirm with ENTER.
• Select program P1 ‐ P12 with the + and ‐ buttons.
• Press START / STOP to begin training.
• During training, you can adjust the resistance level by pressing the + or ‐ keys.
• During training press START / STOP to pause the exercise or terminate.
