Step 3: attaching the rods of the moving handles
Slide the rotation axle (27) through the handle bar post. Place a curved washer (28) on the left side of
the rotation axle (27). Then slide the axle through the left moving handle (36L) and secure with washer
(21) and allen bolt (30). Attach the right moving handle (36R) in the same way.
