• (So-called relative measurements allow you to conduct measurements relative to a certain
reference value. A reference value for e.g. voltage, current or capacitance can be saved
and then measurements relative to these stored values can be conducted. The displayed
reading will show the difference between the stored and the newly measured value.
• Conduct the relevant measurements as described in the chapter Operation. Press the
REL button to save a measurement reading; "REL" will be displayed. The measurement
reading subsequently displayed is the difference between the stored and the newly
measured value.)
16: NCV
(Non-Contact Voltage sensor for contactless voltage measurement. Hold the sensor in the
direction of an AC voltage source. For voltages within a range of 200 – 1000 V, the lamp
lights up.)

OPERATION

Inserting /replacing batteries

do not leave batteries lying around as they could be swallowed by children or
pets. If this happens, seek immediate medical attention!
To ensure faultless operation of your multitester, it must be operated with an alkaline 9 V block battery (type
6LR61 or MN1604 or 6F22 or 006P). If the battery replacement symbol is displayed, the battery is to be
replaced. To do this, proceed as follows:
1. Disconnect the measuring device from the measuring circuit and turn it off (range selection switch
to "OFF").
