14. Troubleshooting
Because of disturbances such as other wireless communications,
wifi etc, then the communication between the heat pump and room
unit sometimes be disturbed. The distance between the units and the
building's construction may also have some impact.
It may therefore, in some installations be diffi cult to fi nd an adequate
placement.
Room sensor fault
The room sensor does not start
The LED is fl ashing
The LED fl ashes and the sensor symbol (7) is displayed
The LED fl ashes and the sensor symbol (9) is displayed
The temperature is not correct

Check:
• That the insulating tape has been removed
• That the batteries are the correct way round
• The capacity of the batteries
Check the alarm on the heat pump's display
The sensor is faulty. Contact the service organisation.
Replace the batteries.
Calibrate the sensor. See menu C4 in the section "Room
sensor settings".
