Connection

• Make the connection by pressing OK on the room sensor for
about 10 seconds until C1 appears in the top right-hand corner
of the display.
• Then advance with the OK button until C5 appears. Wait a
moment until the room sensor number appears.
Ch1 is room sensor 1
Ch2 is room sensor 2 (if there is one)
Select the correct room sensor by pressing OK again, to
confi rm and go to the next menu, C6.
• Menu C6 is used to control the signal strength when positioning
the sensor. The signal strength is shown in -dB (minus
decibels). Try to get as high a value as possible (-30 is higher
than -40). When the best possible signal has been found, press
OK to return to the main menu.

• The room sensor number is now displayed in the top right
corner.
• Position the antenna. Use the heat pump's display of the signal
strength of the connected room sensor to fi nd a good position
for the antenna. Note that the display of the signal strength is
only updated when the room sensor has sent a value. To ensure
that this has happened, press the "OK" button on the room
sensor to update the signal strength.
• The diode on the antenna fl ashes green when it communicates
with the CTC control unit.
• The diode on the antenna fl ashes red when it communicates
with the room sensor.
