3.0 Installation
►Preparing transport:
Unplug mains plug
Remove all weights.
3.1 Installing/removing additional weights
►1 - 4 additional weights (15) can be
installed on the impact .
An additional weight weighs 22 kg.
The additional weight (15) is set on the frame of the
impact (28) and fixed by the star-shaped screws
(2x item 5).
The weights are positioned over the holes (26) in
the frame or over the recess in the underlying
weight and the pins on the installed weight.
Make sure that the star-shaped screwdoes not
prevent the next weight from being installed.
►The additional weight of the drive unit (1)
is also fastened using a star-shaped screw (5)
and positioned over the holes in the frame of the
drive unit and pins on the rear additional weight (1).
Properly tighten all star-shaped screws with
the provided spanner fig. F to prevent any
unnecessary vibrations.
3.2 Swinging in/out the carriage
The machine can be moved/transported with
and without a power supply.
►The following measures must be performed in
the specified order for the transport fig. G:
► Loosen the clamping screws (21) and move the
handle (22) into the top position.
Retighten the clamping screws (21).

► Fold the rear transport carriage (3) down by
loosening the transport carriage locking
mechanism (7) and moving the transport carriage
(3) down until it locks into place on the pedal (2).
► Move the front carriage out by actuating the selector
key (34) fig. B until the drive wheels lift off the
ground (20).
►Loosen the straight bracket (8) on the wheels (29)
of the rear transport carriage (3).
►The following measures must be performed in the
specified order for transport with a power supply,
e.g. moving over a ramp, fig. I:
►Move the carriage (18) out by actuating the selector
key (34) fig. B until the drive wheels (20) lift off the
ground (20).
►The transport carriage (3) remains in the working
position
Note: Manoeuvring a curve is only possible to a
limited extent, since the wheels on the front
carriage (18) cannot be steered.
►To move it to the working position fig. J, the
following measures must be performed in the
specified order:
►Move the carriage (18) by completely pressing in the
selector key (34) fig. B.
Warnung
When working, the carriage wheels
must not make contact with the floor.
They are only for transporting the machine.
►Lock the two wheels (29) on the transport carriage
(3) by fixing the straight bracket (8).
►Loosen the locking mechanism of the transport
carriage (7) and press the pedal (2). The transport
carriage (3) swings up automatically
►Loosen the clamping screws (21) and move the
handle (22) into the lower position.
Retighten the clamping screws (21).
