Indication
INDICATION:
Lack of torso control, for example, in cases of paraple-
gia, central or peripheral neuromuscular diseases with
weakness of the torso, paralysis of the lower extremities,
tendency for hyperextension, for example, in the case of
cerebral palsy. The products are used for children from
approximately the age of two years onwards as well as
adolescents and persons of small stature. The bath and
shower support assists children and adolescents who
cannot sit up freely and offers additional support by me-
ans of straps. For use in home care. Other use or use
beyond this is considered to not be in compliance with
intended use.

Safety instructions
• Read these instructions for use carefully.
• All components should be checked for damage and a
secure fit prior to use. Do not use product if there are

any defects!
• Caution – risk of slipping/falling!
• The product is significantly less stable than regu-
lar chairs, therefore avoid leaning to the side – risk of
tipping!
• Always sit in the middle of the seat surface and all the
way back against the backrest and not on the edge –
risk of tipping and slipping!
• Take note of the permitted maximum weight of the user.

these instructions for use as well as on the identifica-
tion plate.
• Never allow the child to sit in the bath and shower sup-
port unsupervised.
• Every serious incident which occurs in connection with
the product must be reported to the manufacturer and
the competent authority of the member state in which
the user and/or patient is located.
