Indication

INDICATION:
Signifi cant to complete impairment of the ability to
change body position and walk, generally in the case of
neuromuscular damage or neurological diseases
• In the case of an intact and suffi cient ability to stand for
short periods of time
• To facilitate changing position, where applicable, with
support from an assistant/caregiver, for example, when
transferring onto a bathtub lifter or a shower stool
CONTRAINDICATION:
Do not use in cases of insuffi cient ability to stand or sit
for short periods of time.

Use

The swiveling disc is placed on the bath lifter or on the
fl oor. The user sits on or places his/her feet on the disc
and is brought into a seated (or standing) position, if ne-
cessary with support from an assistant. This is done utili-
zing the patient's remaining strength in the torso and up-
per body. In this seated or standing position, a rotating
movement on the disc and thus a change in position is
now possible.
