Locate the (6) pole caps (#68060) and (6) frame
uprights (#27501). Slide one pole cap on to the
end of each frame upright, aligning the holes in
(#68060) with the holes in (#27501) as shown
in FIGURE 7.

(A) Assemble (1) frame U section (#27500)
to the end of (2) frame uprights (#27501),
and secure with (4) sheet metal screws, in
the predrilled holes on the frame U section
(#27500), as shown in FIGURE 9.
(B) Repeat for remaining frame sections.

Attach the frame uprights with pole caps, from
step 7 to the hinges, (3) on each side. Secure
them to the hinges with (6) 2½ inch Phillips
drive bolts, (6) washers, and (6) nuts as shown
in FIGURE 8.

(A) Assemble (1) extension arm (#28462) to the
hinge (#27825) with (1) 2½ inch Phillips drive bolt, (4)
plastic washers, and 1 nut as shown in FIGURE 10.
NOTE: Avoid over-tightening so the assembly can slide freely in the
slot.
(B) Repeat on the other side for remaining (#28462).
NOTE: the open side of each extension hinge should face the center
of the sled.
