When placing the GelPads, ALWAYS ensure that the two halves of one lead are used on a single butterfly GelPad to exercise the muscles on one
side of your body and that the two halves of the other lead are used on the other side of your body. See the photos below for GelPad positions.
All GelPad positions may be used by men and women. Some of the positions below require you to secure the limb(s) being exercised. These are
indicated with a figure beside the photograph.
UPPER BACK
Place a pair of GelPads either side
of your spine on the upper part of
the back, as shown above.
