Combustion head replacement
The combustion head can be replaced in two ways:
PROCEDURE A (Fig. 1)
Remove the burner from the boiler, after removing the
flange fixing nut (Fig. 1).
Hook the burner onto flange 1), remove the blast tube 2)
after loosening the screws 3).
Loosen the wires 4) from the electrodes, loosen the
screw 3) (Fig. 1), and take the diffuser disc holder
assembly 5) out of the nozzle-holder assembly.
Replace the diffuser disc-holder assembly with the one
supplied with the kit and place it as indicated in (Fig. 4).
Once the refitting operations are over, apply next to the
characteristics plate the adhesive label supplied with the
kit.

PROCEDURE B (Fig. 2)
Loosen the screws 2), unscrew the nut 3), take out the
wires 4) from the control box, the photocell 6) and the
socket 10), then remove the nozzle-holder assembly 1).
Loosen the wires 4) from the electrodes, loosen the
screw 3) (Fig. 2), and take the diffuser disc holder assembly
11) out of the nozzle-holder assembly 1).
Replace the diffuser disc-holder assembly with the one
supplied with the kit and place it as indicated in (Fig. 4).
Once the refitting operations are over, apply next to the
characteristics plate the adhesive label supplied with the
kit.
When refitting the nozzle-holder assembly, tight-
en the nut 3) (Fig. 3).
