Language Selection

1. Navigate to Pressure selection. Refer to Entering Menu Mode on page 17.
2. Once at Pressure selection, toggle up or down (using arrow buttons) and "Language" is displayed.
3. Once at "Language" selection, toggle up or down (using arrow buttons) to desired language.
 System settings will be shown in selected language.

Power Fail

In the event of power outage, the continuous audible alarm sounds. The power unit has internal memory and retains the previous settings during the
power outage.
 If at any time there is a power failure, a constant audible beep will sound. Power needs to be re-established for power unit to
function correctly and will run through the set up again.
If power cannot be re-established the alarm may be muted by switching off power switch.

Low Pressure Display

 In the event of pressure loss, an audible intermittent beep shall sound and the LCD will display low pressure. The alarm may be
muted by switching off power switch.
4.8

Preparing for CPR Procedure

 The Softform Active 2 Hybrid Support Surface has been fully tested to comply with the current CPR standard of 4-5 cm
compression depth. This was achieved at all stages of inflation/deflation. A report of these findings conducted by the Resuscitation
unit at the University Hospital of Wales, Cardiff is available upon request.
