MOUNTING THE GATE
1. Place the gate where you want to install it, then extend all four adjustment rods until
they reach the walls. For the adjustment rod on the handle, simply turn the wheel
at the end of the rod counterclockwise to adjust outward. Ensure that the ends of the
adjustments rods are seated inside the cups.

2. Use the wrench to tighten the nuts on the threaded adjustment rods until the
gate is secure. Tighten the locking nuts in the order depicted in the image above. Start
with the bottom, then move to the upper hinge side, and lastly the upper handle side.
Maintain a 1/8" gap between wall cup and handle adjustment rod when handle is in the
OPEN (UP) position.
DO NOT overextend the adjustment rods. If the gate is more than
2.6 inches from the wall, you must add an extension.
