• Install the transformer at least 6.6 ft (2 m) from the edge of the pond.
• Position the unit in such a way that it does not present a hazard to anyone.
• Ensure safe and stable seating. Ensure the sufficient load carrying capacity of the wall or ground for installation on
the wall or on the base.
• For installation above water: Ensure a safety distance of at least 1.7 ft (50 cm) from combustible material. Fire
hazard: Do not cover the unit!

• The base foot can either be placed on the ground or bolted to a firm base or load bearing wall.
Tilting the unit

• Turn the holding screw counterclockwise and tilt the unit as required. To fasten in place turn the holding screw
clockwise.
Connect the unit
Attention! Operate the unit at all times with the safety transformer UST 150 from OASE or a different power supply
unit meeting the safety requirements.
Start-up
Attention! Sensitive electrical components.
Possible consequence: The unit will be destroyed.
Protective measure: Do not connect the unit to a dimmable power supply.
Attention! Dangerous electrical voltage.
Possible consequences: Death or severe injury.
Protective measures:
• Before reaching into the water, disconnect all units located in the water from the mains.
• Disconnect the unit from the mains before performing any work on the unit.
• Secure the unit to prevent unintentional switching on.
Switching on: Insert the power plug of the transformer into the socket.
• Check the function of the spotlights.
Switching off: Disconnect the transformer power plug.
