9. Replacing the Cartridge

1) Insert a test bur.
2) Locate the correct wrench tool on the head cap then turn
the wrench counter clockwise to loosen the cap. Remove
the cap.
3) Use the bur to gently lever the cartridge, O-ring and washer
out from the head.
4) Remove the O-ring inside the head cap using a pointed tool then
remove the washer located beneath the O-ring (Fig. 11).
5) Clean the head interior with NSK PANA SPRAY Plus.
6) Wipe the NSK PANA SPRAY Plus oil over the head interior.
7) Attach a new washer and O-ring on the head cap (Fig. 12).
8) Insert a new washer into the head (Fig. 13).
9) Make sure that the O-ring is correctly located on the cartridge
(Fig. 14).
