WARRANTY
Feligan Srl, – Viale Monte San Michele , 4 – 42121 Reggio Emilia - Italy, (henceforth "Feligan) ensures
that all original Feligan® multchargers ("Feligan Chargers") conform to published specifcatons in
force at the tme of shipment and are free from defects.
The limited warranty described herein (also called "Limited Warranty") is subject to the terms,
conditons and limitatons below.
1. All new devices Feligan are guaranteed for a period of two years, or diferent period according to
the existng law, in the customer country from the date of frst purchase.
2. Feligan's sole obligaton under this limited warranty is the repair, replacement or amendment
(subject to fnal decision by Feligan), of Feligan devices that, afer reasonable control, have been
found defectve during the period of warranty as defned above.
All inspectons, repairs and modifcatons under warranty must be made by Feligan.
All warranty claims must be accompanied by proof of purchase, which must include proof of
purchase date.
3. The limited warranty is valid only if
(I) The customer makes an accurate control of the device upon receipt and reports immediately any
apparent defects to Feligan, and if
(Ii) The customer complies with all procedures required for warranty as described below.
WARRANTY IS NOT APPLICABLE IN THE FOLLOWING CASES
This limited warranty excludes all damages, including damages to any Feligan charger due to:
- Failure of observance of the instructon manual and of other instructons by Feligan;
- Abuse, misuse, other than normal household use, neglect, accident, fre, food, acts of God,
misapplicaton, incorrect connecton to voltage and non adequate energy sources, use of incorrect
fuses, overheatng, contact with high voltage, with hazardous substances or any other event beyond
the control of Feligan.
This limited warranty does not apply to equipment not produced by Feligan .
By purchasing a Feligan device, you agree to carefully examine conditons for its use, read in full and
carefully follow all instructons provided by Feligan (including any updated informaton available on
the Feligan website – www.feligan.com) .
This Limited Warranty does not cover any damage due to shipment of the device to and from
Feligan. This limited warranty does not apply to bateries sent with the device, used, or purchased for
use with Feligan devices.
You agree that the following makes inoperatve this Limited Warranty:
(I) alteraton, removal or tampering of labels on the device Feligan or
(Ii) disassembly, repair or alteratons on the Feligan device made by any unauthorized service center
and / or persons not authorized by Feligan.
It also states that Feligan will not accept any responsibility for damages resultng from alteratons,
modifcatons and / or repair of the device made by persons not expressly authorized in writng by
Feligan.
The foregoing limited warranty is the only guarantee of Feligan and supersedes all other warrantes,
express or implied, including but not limited to, implied warrantes of merchantability and ftness for
partcular purpose and any implied warranty deriving from the use of the charger, the relatonship
with it or its selling.
