Prior to fi rst use
Before using the device for the fi rst time you must:
• unpack the product contents,
• clean the device.

Unpacking the product contents

ATTENTION!
❐ Danger of suffocation! Keep the packaging material away from children and animals.
Unpack all parts and make sure that the product contents are complete (see chapter "Product
contents and device overview") and check for any damages from transport. Remove all foils
from the cutting inserts. If any components are damaged, do not use them (!). Instead contact
the customer service department.

Cleaning the device

Production residues may still be stuck to the device and the cutting inserts. To avoid health risks,
clean all parts thoroughly before fi rst use (see chapter "Cleaning and storage").
Cutting insert for cutting thick slices
This insert is suitable for cutting foods such as carrots, zucchini,
potatoes, cucumbers, bell peppers, onions, beets, red cabbage,
white cabbage, apples and hard cheeses.
Grating insert for coarse grating
This insert is suitable for grating foods such as carrots, zucchini,
potatoes, bell peppers, hard cheeses (e. g. parmesan) or chocolate.
Grating insert for fi ne grating
This insert is suitable for fi nely grating foods such as carrots,
zucchini, hard cheeses (e. g. parmesan), chocolate or coconuts.
