4.6.2. Removing the rider seat

Remove the passenger seat as described in paragraph
§4.6.1.
Turn the rear screw of the rider seat by 90° counterclock-
wise.
Push the seat toward the rear side until the front fitting is
released.
Lift the seat from the front side.
Follow these instructions to reassemble the seat:
Position the seat on the motorcycle, sliding it toward the
rear side.
Press the seat and move it toward the front side until the fit-
ting latches onto the structure.
Turn the screw by 90° clockwise to lock the seat in position.
WARNING
After reassembling the passenger seat and rider
seat and in any case every time before using the
motorcycle, ensure that the component is posi-
tioned properly and is well anchored to the frame of
the vehicle.
