Control system KUX 100 used with a two-way remote control
A VELUX two-way remote control or other io-homecontrol two-way remote controls
can be used to operate its own products and the product connected to control system
KUX 100.
The example shows two systems, A and B, each with its own roller shutter. The roller
shutter from system A is operated with a VELUX two-way remote control (marked
with ) and the roller shutter from system B with a VELUX one-way remote control

(marked with ) from control system KUX 100.

The remote control from system A is to be set to operate roller shutters from both
systems.
The next two steps must be completed within 10 minutes.
1. Remote control B: Press (min 5 seconds) RESET button on the back of remote
control with a pointed object.
2. Remote control A: Follow the instructions provided with the VELUX two-way re-
mote control to register the product that is to be operated with the remote control
from system A. See section Registering products from other types of control units.
The products in the two systems can now be operated via remote control A.
Note: For other types of two-way io-homecontrol control units, please refer to the
instructions provided with the product in question for carrying out step 2.
