Use a d i sh adapted to microwave, add
from 2 to 3 spoon of water,
of l emon juice or of whi te wine.
Cover it with an adequa te lid or a
plastic wrap and lay it on the rotating
tray .

convection)
(Whole chicken or pieces)
Prick the skin to a void the projections.
At the end of cooking, let rest the
poultry 5 min in t he oven.
