Tish-400 Seal machine for tubes and shape Bags
Caution
Make sure the seal machine is clean. Especially the insulated Teflon tape, the Teflon sheet and the
heating wire have to be clean before use.
Make sure the machine, as well as the environment, are dry before use. Moisture can cause short-
circuiting.
Check the insulated Teflon tape and the Teflon sheet regularly. Replace them immediately as soon as
they are worn out. If not replaced immediately, they will cause damage to the heating wire.
Replace the heating wire as soon as it is damaged. Make sure you use the same size as the original one.
In case the electric power of the seal machine is not sufficient enough, the silicon has to be replaced.
Operation
Put the machine on a level and dry table.
Put the plug into the electricity plug. Push down the handle and make sure the little lamp at the right
site of the machine works.
Adjust the timer at the 7
Put the tube / Shape Bag on the heating wire of the machine and push the handle down. The lamp
automatically turns on. Don't lose pressure as soon as the lamp has turned of. Keep pushing for 4
seconds, after the lamp has turned of. This will guarantee excellent sealing of the tubes.
Make sure the tube has cooled down before use.

Replacement instructions

Remove the Teflon sheet from the fixed plate and replace a new one. Secure the fixed plate with screws.
Replacing the heating wire: remove the Teflon sheet en and remove the heating wire. Place one end of the
heating wire on the electrode and secure the other end with screws. Replace the Teflon sheet.
