If the refrigerator is not functioning properly or is out of order, please check the following before calling the
authorized provider.
FAULT
The refrigerator does not
work
The cooler does not cool
enough. The products are
warm.
The cooler sometimes
makes noise
There is water on the floor
The lights don't work
The supply cord is damaged
If after all the above-mentioned checks the problem with your refrigerator remains, contact the customer service
department of your supplier and provide the following information:
