Babytalker 3000 SEDS
– Ensure both units are switched on.
– Unplug the AC mains adapter of the baby unit from the mains socket and remove the batteries from the
parent unit.
– Press the baby unit On/Off switch
mains socket.
The baby unit will start up in registration mode.
– Release the On/Off switch
– Press the parent unit On/Off button
The parent unit will start up and the three red volume LEDs
– Registration mode will end after successful registration or after 60 seconds.

– You will hear a long beep if registration is successful or three short beeps if it is not.
Checking the link between the parent and baby units:
– Press and hold the paging button
– In response, the parent unit will emit a high-pitched tone for 30 seconds.
– Briefly press the On/Off switch
12 Storage and disposal instructions
• We recommend that you keep the box and packing materials so you can use them to
transport the equipment in the future if necessary.
12.1 Storage
Remove the batteries (standard or rechargeable) from the parent unit and the baby unit.
Store the equipment in a dry location.
12.2 Packaging waste disposal
The packaging consists of environmentally-friendly materials that can be disposed of with your local
waste collector for recycling.
12.3 Waste disposal (environmental protection)
Dispose of the equipment in accordance with the provisions of European Directive 2002/96/EC on
waste electrical and electronic equipment (WEEE). Contact your local authority waste disposal
department for information.
Dispose of batteries (standard or rechargeable) in an environmentally friendly manner in
accordance with local regulations.
