Special maintenance

Any special maintenance operation, such as the replacement of the gear motor or of the main boards, must be
carried out at an Authorized Service Point.
AUTHORIZED SERVICE POINT
It is the Service Point authorized by the Manufacturer for repairing the products.

Periodic maintenance table

Mobile blade sharpening .
Mobile blade replacement.
Blades lubrication by means of LUBE SPRAY GREASE lubri-
cant, recommended by the Manufacturer.
Rack cleaning and lubrication.
Maintenance charge of the battery, preventing it from dropping
below (10V Stark M, 15V Stark L) (no longer rechargeable).
General overhaul at an Authorized Service Point.

Disposal of exhaust materials

After having been installed and during use, the machine does not cause any environmental pollution. However,
throughout its working life, some types of residual waste or exhaust materials, such as the lubricants for the
mechanical components, are being produced in certain maintenance situations.
There are specific regulations in every Country as for the disposal of these materials and the environment
protection. The Customer is required to be knowledgeable in the Laws in force in his own Country and to oper-
ate only while complying with these regulations, according to the indications in the product technical charts,
which may be obtained from the Manufacturer.
The Laws in force about the disposal of mineral oils or greases used for the lubrication / maintenance opera-
tions must be followed.
More information about the disposal of oils and other substances can be found in the safety chart of the sub-
stances.
The steps employed in the disposal of toxic waste including the collecting, transporting, processing (transfor-
mation for recycling), as well as the deposit and the dumping onto the ground are all usual activities of common
interest and are subject to the following general principles:
a)
Any risks of injuries or dangers for the health and safety of any individual and of the community
have to be avoided.
b)
Compliance with any and all hygienic-sanitary requirement and avoidance of any air, water,
ground and underground pollution have to be guaranteed.
Compliance with efficient and economical principles in order to save and recycle energy and materials shall be
promoted.
