Function
Arrow must point North
For accurate levelling of the weather
sensor
Supplies electricity to the weather sensor
during daylight hours and switches off the
battery power supply
Measures the UV radiation and brightness
Press to reset the sensor to its factory
setting.
Flashes every 48 seconds when data is
being transmitted to the station

To ensure correct data the device must be
pointing in the right direction
The solar cells are not used to charge the
batteries
To be recommended in the event of mal-
functions
When AA-size rechargeable batteries (not
included) are inserted, the LED lamp lights
up for 4 seconds
