1. Remove cotter-pin from set-pin by pressing the safety button in the middle of the
handle.
2. Remove set-pin from eye bolt.
3. Align the eye bolt over one of the pre-cut holes on the rig bar.
4. Insert the set-pin to secure the eye bolt to the rig bar
5. Re-insert the cotter-pin bac into the set-pin.
