DOWN Increase value
MAX/MIN Display Max. / Min. temperature
Press button, the highest measured value will be displayed, the indicator
„MAX" flashes.
Press button again, the lowest measured value will be displayed, the indicator
„MIN" flashes.
Press button anew, the appliance returns to measuring mode.
To delete the MAX/MIN values, switch appliance off and on using the ON/OFF
feature.
SET Setting alarm for temperature limit values
Press [SET], „HI XXX" flashes. St the upper limit value using [UP] and
[DOWN]. Every time the button is pressed, the value is increased/reduced. If
the button is permanently, the value is automatically increased/reduced. Use
[ON/OFF] to switch off the limit value, „HI OFF" is displayed. Confirm upper
limit value using [SET], „Lo XXX" flashes. Adjust the lower limit value in the
some way as described at the upper limit value.
If the temperature is beyond the limit values, the alarm will be triggered. The
alarm can be switched off with any button. The indicator [HI] or [LO], however,
remains as long as the temperature is beyond the limit values.
Commutation °C / °F
Keep set [SET] pressed, the display changes from °C ⇔ °F.
3 Change battery
If the battery tension is not more sufficient, the display darkens.
+ Turn off unit.
+ Open the lid of the battery compartment loosening the 4 screws.
+ Replace battery.
Ensure correct polarisation.
+ Close again the lid.
