Place teflon washers (v) on both sides of

bottom end of lower handlebar.
SPRING WASHER (B)

Secure the joint with 1 flat washer (w), 1

spring washer (b),1 bolt (X) and secure
with 1 nut (y).
Repeat steps B–D on the opposite side of the

elliptical.
