4.8 TINES

The blades fitted on the implement are suitable for soil of a normal consistency. Check them daily to make sure that they are in a
good condition and not worn. If the blades should accidentally bend (or break) during work, they must be immediately replaced.
Make sure that the new blades are mounted in exactly the same positions as the old ones. If several blades must be replaced, it
is advisable to demount and remount them one at a time in order to avoid positioning errors. The sharp side of the blades must
point towards the direction in which the blade rotor turns.
Proceed in the following way to change the blades:
Park the tractor on a flat surface with the machine hitched, then raise the machine with the power lift
Insert two strong bearing stands at the sides of the machine
Lower the machine on to the stands, turn off the tractor engine and apply the parking brake
If blades must be changed, make sure that the new ones are mounted in the same positions as the old ones.
