Tips for maintaining maximum
battery life
Charge the battery cartridge before completely

CAUTION:
Always be sure that the machine is
switched off and the battery cartridge is removed
before carrying out any work on the machine.
Installing the front nozzle
1. Loosen 2 screws with the hex wrench, and then
pull the screws all the way.

2. Make sure that the Makita logo on the front nozzle
is facing the direction shown in the figure, and then
attach the front nozzle to the machine.

3. Tighten the screws with the hex wrench.

Installing the flat nozzle or

1. Attach the adapter pipe to the front nozzle, and
then turn it clockwise to lock it into place.
