Charging and Updating the Device
Please note that you are using high-current 18650 cells with a constant discharge current ≥ 25 A.
You can charge the battery directly via the USB cable using an electric device with a USB port or
you can use a suitable wall outlet for charging with an electrical socket. We recommend that you
charge the 18650 batteries with an external charger because the charging process is optimized
and much faster by doing so. For a software update, connect the device via micro USB cable to an
web-enabled PC or laptop. While the device is switched off, press the fire button 20 times to display
the recent firmware version. This will switch the device on.
Tips for Cleaning
Use a dry cloth or cotton swab to clean the device.
Power On/Off | Lock/Unlock Adjustment Buttons (Key Lock / Key Unlock)
Press the fire button rapidly 5 times within 2 seconds to switch on the device. Press the fire button
again five times to lock your device. When the device is turned on, press the two adjustment buttons
simultaneously for two seconds until "Key Lock" appears on the display. To unlock, hold the keys again
for two seconds until "Key Unlock" appears. This feature allows you to prevent accidental adjustment
of the performance of your device. But it does not lock the fire button. We recommend that you turn
the device off during transport and when the device will not be used for long periods of time.
