The Carson 2.4 GHz system finds a free transmitting frequency
automatically, so does not need to be equipped with the transmitter
and receiver crystal that are normally required.

3. Calibrating the 2.4 GHz system
To synchronise the transmitter with other receivers, please following
the following procedure:
1. Put batteries/accumulators into the 2.4 GHz transmitter and switch
it off.
2. Insert the synchronisation cable into one of the receiver's two servo
slots (Illustration 1).
3. Connect the battery lead to the receiver (Illustration 1).
The 2 LEDs begin to flash and confirm the "match" status for
synchronising the transmitter and receiver.
4. Press and hold down the SET button on the transmitter, then switch
the ON/OFF switch on the transmitter to ON (Illustration 2).
5. Release the SET button on the transmitter and remove the
synchronisation cable from the receiver.

NOTE!!!
The built-in components are already coordinated. These must not be
re-synchronised.

6. Check the LEDs on the receiver. If the LEDs are no longer flashing,
the synchronisation process has been successfully completed.
However please wait for a further 10 seconds.
7. Connect the servo plug to the receiver and check that it works
(Illustration 3).
8. If the test is not successful, please repeat the procedure starting at
point 1.
9. If the test is successful the accumulator pack may be reconnected
to the accumulator plug.
The synchronisation of the transmitter and receiver is now complete.
