Introduction
WARNING: Before you assemble the
product, you must read and understand the
safety chapter.
WARNING: Remove the spark plug cable
from the spark plug before you assemble the
product.
To assemble the loop handle (BCZ3050S,
BCZ3060TS)
1. Make sure that the distance (A) between the loop
handle and the vibration damping system is
approximately 48 cm/19 in.

2. Install the screws (B) to the bracket to attach the
loop handle to the shaft.
To install the handlebar and throttle cable
1. Make sure that the distance (A) between the
vibration damping system and handlebar clamp is
approximately 37 cm/14.5 in.

2. Install the screws (B) to the bracket to attach the
handlebar to the shaft.

3. Attach the throttle cable to the handlebar and shaft
with cable ties (C).
To install the cutting attachment guard and the
trimmer head (BCZ3050S, BCZ3060TS,
BCZ3050SW)
1. Put the cutting attachment guard (A) onto the shaft
and attach it with the 2 bolts (B). Make sure that you
use the correct cutting attachment guard for the
trimmer head.

2. Put the supplied tool into the top hole in the bevel
gear.
3. Install the drive disc (C), spacer (D) and trimmer
head (E) on the output shaft.
WARNING: When you install the cutting
attachment, the locking holes on the
drive disc must point in the direction of
the bevel gear. If the drive disc is
incorrectly assembled, it can cause
serious injury or death to the operator or
others.
4. Lock the trimmer head to the output shaft by hand.
