Safety Considerations
Read all instructions before attempting to operate this
machine and save these instructions. Th e machine may be
used only by authorized personnel who have knowledge
in accordance with Directive 1999/92/EC.
Warning! When using electric machines, basic safety
precuations should always be followed to reduce the risk
of fi re, electric shock and personal injury, including the
following:
X. Th e supplied connector (IP67) is only intended for
connection outside the zone. Th e electrical con-
nection inside the zone should be changed to the
connector for the application approved version.

Important!
No hot particles nor ignition sources are allowed to be
sucked into the unit. Th e machine should not be used
for explosives, unstable or poryfora particles or dust of
minimum ignition energy (MIE) <1mJ.

Work area environment
Don't use it in the presence of fl ammable liquids or
gases.
3.
Overload
Never let the machine operate fully throttled. Fully
throttled involves a risk of overheating (pressure
gauge indicates red). Always follow the regulations
pertinent to the material you are working with.
Don´t use the machine for purposes that it isn´t
intended for.

Body injuries
Never let the suction come in contact with parts
of the body. Th e strong suction eff ect can hurt the
blood-vessels in the skin. Do not repair the electric
components yourself, get somebody qualifi ed. Faults
may cause injury. See also below under warnings.

Don´t abuse cord
Never pull the machine by cord. Keep cord from
heat and sharp edges. Check cables for potential
equalization, electric cable and electrical equipment
before use. Th e machine may not be used if there is
any damage.

Important measure
With cleaning and maintenance on the machine, the
power cable should be disconnected from the supply.
Service should never be performed inside the zone.
Maintain the machine with care

Keep machine clean and free from dust deposits.
Check that the hose is entired and that all gaskets are
tight. Follow instructions. Keep handles dry and free
from oil and grease.
8.
Checking of damage
Before futher use of the machine it should be ca-
refully checked that the machine is un damaged. If
there are any damaged parts these should be repaired
by of a Dustcontrol authorized service center.
9.
Transportation
When transporting the machine in any other way
than to roll the container shall be emptied. Brakes
on front wheels should always be locked when not
rolled.
10. Warning
Use only accessories and replacable parts which are
available in Dustcontrol catalogue. Only antistatic or
metallic conductive suction accessories may be used
When using faulty parts or pirate parts (especially fi l-
ter and hose) the machine could leak out unhealthy
dust which can cause personal injuries. Th e plastic
bag should not be used to the machine.
