5.Main clutch lever operation
Before the operation check, make sure that there are no foreign objects
(such as sand, soil, twigs, etc.) caught around the main clutch lever and
lock lever.
Check that the lock lever and the main clutch lever operate smoothly by
pushing the lock lever, and squeezing the main clutch lever.
If the lock lever and main clutch lever do not operate smoothly, or the
clutch engages by squeezing the main clutch lever without pushing the
lock lever, then clean the main clutch lever (see page 46).
