Installation instructions:

1a.) Please be extremely careful and avoid scratching the wing extensions during disassembly from the

Panda Cross model. The wing extensions are attached using double-sided adhesive tape and clips.

Take great care during disassembly, since the wing extensions are extremely fragile. The double-

sided adhesive tape cannot be reused once it has been removed.

1b.) Disassemble the rear bumper.

Remove the plugs at points "c" from underneath the chassis beams.

Unscrew and remove the nuts and washers at the attachment points "a" (internal attachment of the

bumper reinforcement).

Push the towing device 1 onto the existing bolts at points "a" and attach it using the washers

8.5x21x2 and nuts M8. Attach the towing device 1 and the tail panel at point "b" using the bolt

M8x30, washer 8.5x21x2 and nut M8.

From the top, push the mounting links 3 through the elongated holes in the chassis beams and

attach the towing device 1 at points "c" using the bolts M10x30 and washers 10.5x25x3.

4.)

For the Panda 4x4 model, attach the plug holder 4 at point "d" (upper position) to the towing device

using the bolts M6x20, washers 6.4x12x1.6 and nuts M6.

For the Panda Climbing and Panda Crossmodel, attach the plug holder 4 at point "e" (lower

position) to the towing device using the M6x20 bolts, 6.4x12x1.6 washers and M6 nuts.

5a.) For the Panda 4x4 model, assemble the bumper to the vehicle. If necessary, saw a portion out of

the underside of the bumper in the middle.

For the Panda Climbing and Panda Cross model, saw a portion out of the underside of the

bumper in the middle as indicated on the supplied template. The line Y0 corresponds to the middle

of the vehicle. Now assemble the bumper to the vehicle.

5b.) Assemble the wing extensions onto the Panda Cross model. Always use new double-sided

adhesive tape.
