Motor-driven daytime release

(only active if the link has been severed)
To activate the motor-driven daytime release, the link must be severed as shown,
e.g. with diagonal cutter.
In the as-delivered condition, the motor-driven daytime release is not possible.
Disconnect the controller from the power supply before you sever the link!
Once the power supply has been restored, the controller B-54900-01-2-8 reboots.
The permanent release function can then be used.

The lock now remains in the release position for as long as a signal is applied at control input I1 or I2
in addition to the power supply (+24 V DC, terminal G2 and V2). Once the signal has dropped out,
the lock moves back to the initial position.
If a voltage loss occurs during the motor-driven daytime release, the points described under 4.3
apply.
If the control signal is still applied at I1 or I2 once the power supply has been restored, the motor-
driven daytime release is automatically reactivated.
In combination with the emergency power backup B-54903-23-3-9, the signal must on the other
hand be applied again once the power supply has been restored.
