4.0 - OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS

4.1- ON/OFF SYSTEM
After the calibration of the pump and the set of the desired value of pH , the on/off system will
drive the pump to maintain the value of the pH in the plant equal to the chosen setpoint.
4.2 - PUT INTO OPERATION
After the hydraulic and electric connection following the instructions at 2.4 and 2.5 paragraph
connect to the pump through a BNC jack by simply rotating it of 90°.
4.3- DESCRIPTION OF FUNCTIONS
Typ Type of dosing :
Allows to select Acid and Basic dosing.
CA1 Calibration of the Zero :
The pump is ready for the calibration of the Zero.
CA2 Calibration of the Gain :
The pump is ready for the calibration of the Gain.
SET Set-point Adjustment :
The pump is ready for setpoint to be adjusted.
4.4 PROGRAMMING
Functioning:
Once the calibration and setpoint have been adjusted read point 1), otherwise read the point

1) Press the F button until the Typ - type of dosing function will appear.
Press the Enter button to confirm the choice and then press again Enter.
The pump starts to work (green led lights up).
2) CALIBRATION of the ZERO: Immerse the pH probe into the 7pH buffer solution. Press the
F button until the CA1 function – calibration function of the Zero- will appear.
Press Enter .
