Make sure that your stool sample is caught on the
stool collection sheet (D).
NOTE: In case your stool collection fails the first
time, you have a second stool collection sheet
provided with the collection set.

Hold the CALEX
Cap device with the white cap at
®
the top and remove the white sampling pin (A,1)
by simultaneously turning clockwise and pulling it
upwards (E).

Dip the dosing tip (A,2) with the grooves into the
stool, and twist before removing. Repeat the proce-
dure at 3 to 5 different positions of the stool sample
in order to fill the grooves of the dosing tip comple-
tely (F).
CAUTION: Make sure that all grooves are comple-
tely filled with stool. It does not matter if the dosing
tip of the sampling pin is fully covered with stool,
since excess stool will be stripped off in the next
step.

Place the sampling pin (A,1) back into the funnel
(A,3) of the CALEX
®
Cap body (A,4) and push it
into the final locking position. You feel and hear a
"click" (G).
NOTE: After the stool sample has been collected,
you can flush the remaining stool down the toilet
together with the stool collection sheet.

Shake the CALEX
Cap device vigorously for 5
®
seconds.
10 Put the CALEX
Cap device into the resealable
®
bag (H) and return it or send it to the address you
were given.
NOTE: If CALEX
®
Cap shipment is necessary,
make sure it is safely stored in the resealable bag
and ask your provider for suitable UN3373
packaging.
NOTE: If you can't return the CALEX
®
same day, please keep the packaged sample in
your fridge.

Halten Sie das CALEX
Cap Extraktionsröhrchen

aufrecht und entnehmen Sie den weissen Dosier-
stab (A,1), indem Sie ihn gleichzeitig im Uhrzeiger-
sinn drehen und aufwärts ziehen (E).

Stecken Sie die Dosierspitze (A,2) mit den Rillen
(F) in die Stuhlprobe, drehen Sie den Dosierstab
(A,1) und entnehmen Sie ihn danach wieder.
Wiederholen Sie diese Schritte an 3-5 verschie-
denen Stellen der Stuhlprobe, um die Rillen
komplett zu füllen (F).
ACHTUNG: Vergewissern Sie sich, dass die Rillen
komplett mit Stuhl gefüllt sind. Es spielt keine Rol-
le, wenn die Dosierspitze des Dosierstabs vollkom-
men mit Stuhl bedeckt ist. Der überflüssige Stuhl
wird im nächsten Schritt abgestreift.

Der Dosierstab (A,1) wird anschliessend über die
Einführhilfe (A,3) in das Extraktionsröhrchen (A,4)
zurückgesteckt und in die entgültige Verschluss-
position gedrückt. Sie fühlen und hören ein „Klick"
(G).
HINWEIS: Nachdem die Stuhlprobe gesammelt
ist, können Sie den restlichen Stuhl zusammen mit
dem Stuhlsammelpapier wegspülen.

chen kräftig während 5 Sekunden.
10 Legen Sie das CALEX
Cap Extraktionsröhrchen
®
in den wiederverschliessbaren Beutel (H) und
geben sie es oder senden Sie es an die Ihnen
angegebene Adresse zurück.
HINWEIS: Falls Sie die CALEX
den müssen, vergewissern Sie sich, dass die Probe
sicher im wiederverschliessbaren Beutel aufbewahrt
ist und fragen Sie ihren Anbieter nach einer geeig-
neten UN3373 Verpackung für den Versand.

HINWEIS: Wenn Sie die Probe nicht am selben
Tag zurückgeben können, lassen Sie sie verpackt
in Ihrem Kühlschrank.

Vérifier que votre échantillon de selles est bien sur
la feuille de recueil (D).
REMARQUE : Dans le cas où votre collecte de
selles échouerait, une deuxième feuille de recueil
de selles est fournie dans la trousse.

Tenir le dispositif CALEX
blanc orienté vers le haut. Retirer l'embout blanc
(A,1) en le tirant vers le haut tout en le tournant
dans le sens des aiguilles d'une montre (E).

Plonger l'extrémité rainurée (A,2) dans les selles,
et la tourner avant de la retirer. Répéter la procé-
dure en 3 à 5 positions différentes de l'échantillon
de selles, de sorte que les rainures soient complè-
tement remplies (F).
ATTENTION : Vérifier que toutes les rainures
soient complètement remplies de selles. Le fait
que la tige d'échantillonnage soit entièrement
recouverte de selles n'est pas important ;
l'excès de selles est enlevé à l'étape suivante.

Réintroduire la tige d'échantillonnage (A,1) dans
le corps (A,4) du dispositif CALEX
pousser dans sa position verrouillée finale : ressen-
tir et entendre un «clic» (G).
REMARQUE : Après collecte de l'échantillon de
selles, jeter le reste des selles dans les toilettes
avec la feuille de recueil de selles.

Agiter vigoureusement le dispositif CALEX
pendant 5 secondes.
10 Placer le dispositif CALEX
mable (H) et le renvoyer ou l'envoyer à l'adresse
qui vous a été communiquée.
