2. Intended Use
The SE 630 Memosens conductivity sensor is a 2-electrode sensor for measur-
ing low to medium conductivity values also at high pressure and elevated tem-
perature. The sensor consists of corrosion-proof materials (graphite electrodes
and PES body). A temperature detector is integrated in the sensor. Preferred
fields of application are water, moderately polluted wastewaters, process solu-
tions with medium conductivities; also corrosive media.
Note: For installing/removing the sensor, ONLY turn the process connection
using a suitable tool, e.g., an open-end wrench of suitable size (see dimension
drawing). DO NOT exert force on the Memosens connector as this may perma-
nently damage the sensor.

4. Calibration / Adjustment
Remove sensor, clean, rinse and dry it – then immerse it in a calibration solution.
Suitable calibration solutions: CS-C12880K/500 (12.88 mS/cm),
If the sensor is not supposed to be removed or cannot be removed, perform
a product calibration. Follow the instructions given in the user manual of the
instrument.
