6 If you want to add a note to
your event, touch Description
and enter the details.
7 If you want to repeat the
alarm, set Repetition, and set
Reminders, if necessary.
8 Touch Done to save the event
to the calendar. A coloured
square in the calendar marks
all days that have saved
events. An alarm sounds at
the event start time to help
you stay organised.

1 On the home screen, touch
the Applications tab and
select Calendar.
2 Select the calendar view for a
particular day, week or month.

Voice recorder

Use the voice recorder to record
voice memos or other audio files.

Recording a sound or voice

1 On the home screen, touch the
Applications tab and select
Voice Recorder.
2 Touch to begin recording.
3 Touch to end recording.
4 Press the Menu key and
select Use As ringtone to set
the recording as the Phone
ringtone.
NOTE: Touch Go To List to access
your album. You can listen to the
saved recording
Sending the voice
recording
1 Once you have finished
recording, you can send the
audio clip by touching the
Menu key and Share.
2 Choose from
Gmail™ and Messaging.
When you select Email,
Gmail™ and Messaging, the
voice recording is added to the
message, then you write and
send the message normally.
