A 1 Cross Bar
B 1 LH sidearm
C 1 RH sidearm
D 2 Nut straps, long and short
E 4 M12 x 35 x 1.75 bolts, M12 x 1.75 Nyloc nuts
F 4 M10 x 35 x 1.5 Bolts, Lock Washers, Form A Washers
G 2 M10 x 35 x 1.5 Bolts, M10 x 1.5 Nyloc nuts, Form A Washers
ZE 1 Electrical Plate
ZN 1 2030 Series Neck Kit
FITTING
1. Remove the bumper via; 2 clips and 1 screw in wheel arch, 2 clips and 2 bolts under bumper and 1 bolt under each
light cluster. Un-clip it from its incorporated fixings thus gaining access to electrical connectors, un-clip these
connectors and remove bumper. Remove the 2 black plastic chassis rail protectors via 2 clips on each to gain access
to the inside of the rails.
2. Unclip RH side wheel arch trim from the chassis rail to expose forward most mounting point.
Loosely attach sidearm B and C to the outside of each chassis rail using Nut straps D with fixings F.
3. Attach the cross bar using fixings E
4. Set bar to a level and symmetrical position on the vehicle and torque up to recommended torque.
5. Fix the chosen neck option with the electrical plate to the centre profiles, angle the electrical plate to minimise its
visibility, then torque up.
6. Re-fit bumper.
Recommended torque settings:
Grade 8.8 bolts: M8 - 24Nm, M10 - 52 Nm, M12 - 80 Nm, M14 - 130 Nm, M16 - 200 Nm
Grade 10.9: M12 – 120Nm, M10 – 70Nm M8- 35Nm
