COMPUTER
This computer has been specially designed to help you plan and monitor your performance. For ease of
use, there is only one button on your computer: MODE/RESET.
Power on: Pull the handlebar or push the button.
MODE/RESET:
• Press and release this button to select functions.
• Press and hold this button for two seconds to reset all functions to zero, except TOTAL COUNT.
Functions:
• SCAN: The computer will scroll through the different functions: TIME, TOTAL COUNT, COUNT and
CALORIES. Each display will be held for 6 seconds.
• TIME: Count the rowing time from exercise start to end (0:00 – 99:59 minutes).
• TOTAL COUNT: Count the total accumulated number of rowing strokes (0 – 9999). The total
accumulated rows is retained when the computer is turned off.
• COUNT: Count the rowing strokes from exercise start to end (0 – 9999).
• CALORIES: Count the total burned calories from exercise start to end (0 – 9999 cal). The calorie
readout is an estimate for an average user. It should be used only as a comparison between
workouts on this unit.
Power off/reset: Without any signal for 4 minutes, the power will turn off automatically. All function
values will be kept. Push the button and hold it down for two seconds to reset all functions to zero,
except TOTAL COUNT. The TOTAL COUNT will be reset to zero after batteries are removed for battery
replacement.
Install and replace batteries
1. Open the battery door on the back of the computer.
2. The computer operates with two AA batteries. Install or replace the batteries as shown on the
illustration.
Note:
• Do not mix a new battery with an old battery.
• Use the same type of battery. Do not mix an alkaline battery with another type of battery.
• Rechargeable batteries are not recommended.
